Urologists are surgeons. But is surgery always the indicated therapeutic solution? Presentation of a scenario patient with Prostate Cancer T3 who has visited 2 physicians. The first physician suggests Prostatectomy, while the second one Conservative Therapy. Participants are divided in 2 groups. Each group provides evidence in support of the one of the two therapeutic options and against the other. Results will be presented the following morning within the context of a debate between the two groups.
