Short CV: 

He received his Degree in Medicine from the University of Crete and completed his training in Urology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) (2001), where he received his PhD (2008). He served as a Scientific Associate of the Centre for Sexual and Reproductive Health (KESAY) of AUTh as of 2001. He specialised in minimally invasive techniques, Andrology and the use of ultrasonography in Urology. He is a Scientific Associate of the 2nd Urology Clinic of AUTh. He served as Head of the Prostate Clinic and the Sexual and Reproductive Health Unit of the Clinic. In 2004, he taught at the Urology Clinic of AUTh (Presidential Decree 407/80) and participated in teaching students 'Urology' and 'Human Reproduction'. He has participated in 23 clinical multi-centre studies, has authored 17 publications in Greek journals and 10 in international journals and has received 2 International prizes (first prize at the 2005 European Urology Conference, first prize for best presentation at ESMSM in 2007) and 1 Greek prize at similar conferences.
