Short CV: 

He was born in Wuppertal, Germany. He studied at the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1993-1999). At the Urology Clinic of the “Hippokration” Hospital of Thessaloniki he specialized in Urology (2002-2006). He then was placed as an Assistant Registrar at the General Hospital of Chalkidiki for one year. At the end of his term of office, he visited the AMC Urology Clinic, Amsterdam, Holland, as a Fellow for 3 months through an EAU program. In 2008, he was placed for 1 year as an Assistant Registrar at the 2nd Urology Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (“Papageorgiou" Hospital). The same year he received the F.E.B.U. title and the license to perform Ultrasounds (Central Health Council, KESY). In 2009 he continued as salaried Scientific Research Associate of ISUD (Institute for the Study of Urological Diseases) at the same Clinic for 6 months and in August of that year he was appointed as a Junior Registrar at the 1st University Urology Clinic of the “Gennimatas” General Hospital of Thessaloniki where he is still working today. He is a PhD holder of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2009). He was the Treasurer of the Urological Association of Northern Greece (OUEVE) and a Member of the Board of the same Association, during the periods 2008-2010 and 2010-2012 respectively. He participated with paper presentations in several Greek and international conferences.
