Challenges in Urological Surgery: Bladder Cancer

Sometimes, surgery is amputative and brings tremendously devastating consequences to the patient’s quality of life. Presentation of a patient with invasive bladder cancer who has visited 2 physicians: the first one suggests Radical Cystectomy, while the second one a more conservative approach. Participants are divided in 2 groups. Each group provides evidence in support of Radical Cystectomy and the other one for Transurethral Resection (TUR) with adjuvant therapy. Results will be presented the next morning in a debate between the two groups.
